By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that:

  • Release dates are not guaranteed

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill all preorder commitments.

If we are unable to fulfill a preorder due to an allocation reduction, cancellation, or other supply issue, we may issue a refund for the affected item.

Preorder cancellations are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Orders shipped using an untracked shipping method will not include carrier tracking information.

The value of trading cards and collectibles may rise or fall after purchase.

Jed’s Card Shop does not guarantee the future value, investment performance, or resale value of any product.

Model Kits and Collectible Figures

Model kits and collectible products may require assembly.

Some products may contain small parts, sharp components, tools, adhesives, paints, or other materials.

Customers are responsible for reviewing manufacturer instructions and age recommendations.

Jed’s Card Shop is not responsible for damage resulting from improper assembly, modification, painting, customization, or use.

Blind Boxes and Randomized Products

Blind boxes and randomized collectibles contain unknown contents.

Purchasing a blind box does not guarantee a specific character, figure, variant, rarity, or design.

Opened blind boxes and randomized products are generally final sale according to our Return and Refund Policy.
