We ship to US addresses only at this time

5. Product Condition and Grading

Sealed products (booster boxes, packs, tins) are guaranteed factory sealed
Graded cards (CGC, PSA, etc.) are sold as-is with the grade shown
Single cards are described accurately; contact us with concerns within 48 hours of delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

Contact us within 14 days of delivery for any issues
Sealed products must remain sealed for returns or refunds
Opened products cannot be returned unless defective
Graded cards cannot be returned unless authenticity is in question
Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days
Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect

7. Product Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee 100% authenticity of all products
All cards, booster boxes, and collectibles are sourced from authorized distributors
If you receive a counterfeit item, we will provide a full refund and return shipping

8. Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to cancel orders placed due to pricing errors
You will be notified and offered the option to complete the order at the correct price

9. Limitation of Liability

Jed's Card Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
We are not responsible for the collectible value or future value of items
